Grimp (played by Jason Marsden) was a Ferengi waiter at Quark's Bar in 2372. Although he was hesitant to break ten thousand years of Ferengi tradition, Grimp joined Rom's Guild of Restaurant and Casino Employees to protest Quark's unfair labor practices. (DS9: "The Bar Association")
