Guidance and Navigation (or simply Guidance) was an agency in 2150s Starfleet. This agency had offices at Starfleet Command's Fleet Operations Center, Sol Sector.

In January of 2155, Starfleet officers A. Fukai, F. Zimmerman, A. Dominguez, T. Chavez, A. Geary, M. Hoffman, A. Codron, and L. Ortiz were working in this agency. The agency and the officers' names were listed on directory placards. (ENT: "Demons", directories)

Guidance was a reference to NASA and ISS terminology, in this case, the "Guidance Officer".
