Fenna, a Halanan psychoprojection.
The Halanans are a telepathic humanoid species native to the planet Halana. The Halanans choose a companion for life and will not leave them. Another major feature of the species is their psychoprojective telepathy.
Sometime in the 24th century the species moved to New Halana that was terraformed by Gideon Seyetik. (DS9: "Second Sight")
