Fenna, a Halanan psychoprojection.
The Halanans are a telepathic humanoid species native to the planet Halana. The Halanans choose a companion for life and will not leave them. Another major feature of the species is their psychoprojective telepathy. They have ears somewhat larger than a vulcan's, split into two points at the top, but otherwise closely resemble humans.
Sometime in the 24th century the species moved to New Halana that was terraformed by Gideon Seyetik. (DS9: "Second Sight")
