Haron was First Maje of the Kazon-Relora in 2372.
That same year, Haron was approached by Culluh of the Kazon-Nistrim, who wished to form an alliance to defeat USS Voyager and take its technology, but as his sect was stronger than Culluh's, he did not see a need to ally with the Nistrim. Culluh proceeded to use a transporter he had recently acquired to beam Haron and his bodyguard into space. Voyager later found their corpses. (VOY: "Maneuvers")
Haron was played by actor Terry Lester.
