Harrad-Sar was an Orion slave trader and a member of the Orion Syndicate in 2154. He gave three Orion slave girls as a gift to Jonathan Archer under the pretense of helping to smooth relations between the Orions and humanity.
In reality, this was a plot to take over the Enterprise and capture Archer, since the women can cause delusions in men, rendering them helpless. (ENT: "Bound")
