Hélène Udy (born 1 November 1962; age 61) is the actress who played Pel in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine second season episode "Rules of Acquisition".

Udy is perhaps best known to television audiences for her regular role as Myra Bing on Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. Among her co-stars on this series were fellow Star Trek performers Joe Lando, Chad Allen and Barbara Babcock.

She began her career appearing in several Canadian-made films, including the 1981 horror movie My Bloody Valentine, before appearing in 1983's The Dead Zone, co-starring Anthony Zerbe and directed by David Cronenberg. She then had a brief role in the soap opera As the World Turns and made guest appearances on such TV shows as The Insiders (starring Gail Strickland) and Downtown (starring Michael Nouri).

In 1988, she appeared in the Canadian film Pin…, co-starring Terry O'Quinn. In 1997, she wrote and directed her own film, Naked Under the Sun. She currently works as a film producer.
