Henry Garcia
Henry Garcia was a resident of Sanctuary District A in San Francisco from 2022 to 2024. Garcia had originally come to San Francisco to work in a brewery, but he and several others lost their jobs when they were replaced by some new equipment. He was one of the residents who told his story to the media when the residents took over the district during the Bell Riots. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part II")
