Template:Realworld Ian Spelling is a journalist and writer, whose articles on Star Trek and interviews with actors, writers and production staff have been published in magazines such as Starlog and Starburst. He also wrote Inside Trek for the New York Times, and was a prolific contributor to Star Trek Magazine.
Spelling co-wrote The Making of Star Trek: First Contact with Lou Anders and Larry Nemecek. Spelling worked on the actors' profiles for the book.
