Summary

From the book jacket: Centuries ago, followers of the tyrant Khan Noonien Singh left Earth for the planet Hera to continue his experiments in selective breeding. Captain Picard must enlist the help of Heran expatriate Astrid Kemal to defeat her fellow superbeings.
