Ingraham B was a planet that became uninhabited in 2265.
In 2265, the planet was invaded by neural parasites that came from Theta Cygni XII. The civilization on Ingraham B was destroyed in the mass insanity caused by the parasites. A vessel of infected visitors from Ingraham B carrying the parasites arrived to the Deneva colony in 2267. (TOS: "Operation -- Annihilate!")
In 2293, the location of Ingraham B in the Milky Way Galaxy was labeled in a star chart in Captain James T. Kirk's quarters aboard the USS Enterprise-A. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, okudagram)
In 2328, this planet was home to the Ingraham B Transit Station. (TNG-R: "Inheritance")
Apocrypha
According to the novel Losing the Peace, after the incident with the neural parasites, Denevan leaders created an emergency plan to evacuate citizens to Ingraham B in the event of a similar worldwide crisis. This plan was put into motion when Deneva was attacked and annihilated by the Borg Collective during their 2381 invasion of the Alpha Quadrant, saving the lives of thousands of Denevans.
