Jack Monaco is a writer who co-wrote the story for the first part of the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Flesh and Blood" along with Bryan Fuller and Raf Green.

Monaco also wrote episodes for the animated television series Recess (2000, with voice artists Pamela Segall and Rickey D'Shon Collins), Lloyd in Space (2001, with voice artists Diedrich Bader, Brian George, Kevin Michael Richardson, Clancy Brown, Tress MacNeille, and Justin Shenkarow), Teamo Supremo (2002-2003), Megas XLR (2004-2005), Loonatics Unleashed (2005, with voice artists Simon Templeman, Kevin Michael Richardson, and Jason Marsden), Higglytown Heroes (2006-2007, with Dee Bradley Baker, Matthew Kaminsky, and Julianne Grossman), Pucca (2006-2007), The Land Before Time (2007-2008), Special Agent Oso (2009-2011), and Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters (2012).

Monaco also wrote six episodes for the drama series Granite Flats (2013-2014, co-starring Tom Wright, Brandon Molale, and Christopher Lloyd) and Bryan Fuller's fantasy series Pushing Daisies (2007-2009) for which he earned a Writers Guild of America Award nomination in the category New Series in 2008, shared with Fuller and Scott Nimerfro.

Between 2011 and 2014, he wrote eleven episodes of the fantasy series R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour for which he received two Daytime Emmy Award nominations in the category Outstanding Writing in a Children's Series in 2013 and 2014.

More recently, Monaco wrote several episodes of the animated series The Lion Guard (2016-2018, with the voices of Dee Bradley Baker, Gabrielle Union, and Christian Slater) and worked as kickstarter producer on the sport drama Amateur (2018).
