James Darren as Vic Fontaine
James Darren (born June 8, 1936) is an actor and singer known for his role as Vic Fontaine on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He is the godfather of A.J. Lambert, who is the daughter of Nancy Sinatra and granddaughter of Frank Sinatra.
He also played the mirror version of Vic in "The Emperor's New Cloak."
He starred with William Shatner in the 1980s series T.J. Hooker.
During the first season of Star Trek: The Original Series, Darren was playing "Dr. Anthony Newman" in the popular science fiction show The Time Tunnel, starring with TOS guest stars Whit Bissell and Lee Meriwether.
James Darren is married to Evy Norlund, Miss Denmark 1958, the actress who played Suzanne Fontaine in the 1959 movie The Flying Fontaines.
He has released several of the songs he performed on DS9 on a Compact Disc called This One's From The Heart.
