Jason Waters is an actor who portrayed an alien soldier in the Star Trek: Enterprise second season episode "The Communicator".

Born in Northern Illinois, Waters studied acting at the Playhouse West under Bob Carnegie and Jeff Goldblum. He lived several years in Europe and speaks fluent French. Beside his television and film appearances he has performed in various stage plays such as Kiss Me Kate, Henry V (with Richard Wharton), Abstract Expression, and The Dadaist. For the latter one he also served as co-executive producer. In 1996 he appeared in a few television commercials for Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.

Among his earliest on-screen roles are a supporting role in Children of the Corn III (1995, with Jim Metzler, Michael Ensign, and Rif Hutton), followed by guest roles in the television series Nowhere Man (1996, with Bruce Greenwood and Sam Anderson), Malibu Shores (1996, with Michelle Phillips), Two (1996), 7th Heaven (1997, starring Stephen Collins and Catherine Hicks), Pacific Blue (1998, with J.P. Hubbell), and Thanks (1999, with John Fleck and Keith Szarabajka).

Further credits include the comedy Perfect Game (2000, with Sam Anderson and Benjamin W.S. Lum ), episodes of The X-Files (2002, with Dan Shor), Days of Our Lives, Passions, and Port Charles (2003), and the short film Spokane (2004).
