Jeannetta Arnette (born 29 July 1954; age 69), sometimes credited as Jeanetta Arnette, is the actress who played Doctor Karen Loews in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Statistical Probabilities". She is perhaps best known for her role as Bernadette Meara in all five seasons of the television series Head of the Class. More recently, she had a recurring role on the cult series So noTORIous.

Arnette has also made appearances on such programs as Chico and the Man, Hill Street Blues (starring Barbara Bosson and James B. Sikking), Three's Company, Laverne & Shirley, St. Elsewhere (starring Chad Allen, Ed Begley, Jr., Norman Lloyd and Jennifer Savidge), The A-Team (starring Dwight Schultz, in an episode with Daniel Davis), Hardcastle and McCormick (starring Brian Keith and Daniel Hugh Kelly, in an episode with Paul Carr), L.A. Law (with Daniel Benzali and Corbin Bernsen), Touched by an Angel (with Steven Culp), Grace Under Fire (with Matt McCoy), and an Allan Kroeker-directed episode of Roswell (with William Sadler). More recent credits include ER, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (in an episode with John Schuck), the pilot episode of Invasion (with Ivar Brogger and Holmes Osborne), J.J. Abrams's Lost (with Daniel Dae Kim, Terry O'Quinn and Saul Rubinek), and CSI.

She also has a steady film career. In 1978, she starred in the horror movie The Redeemer: Son of Satan!, in which DS9 regular J.G. Hertzler also appeared. The following year she and TNG star Denise Crosby had small roles as party guests in the film 10. (The film also featured John Hancock, Michael Champion, Lisa Chess and William Lucking).

After acting primarily on television throughout the 1980s, her film credits began stacking up in subsequent decades. She had a role in the 1998 film Judas Kiss, as did Richard Riehle and William Lucking. In 2000, she co-starred with DS9's Wallace Shawn in the film The Prime Gig (also featuring Star Trek: Enterprise guest actor Pat Healy). And in 2003 both she and W. Morgan Sheppard had roles in the little-known film Florida City. Arnette's other motion picture credits include Ladybugs (1992, with Nancy Parsons and Jandi Swanson), Boys Don't Cry (1999), and The Shipping News (2001).
