Either Jeff Jensen or Geoffrey Smart as a Sikarian
Jeff Jensen is an actor who played a Sikarian in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Prime Factors". He received no credit for his appearance and was identified by the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
It may be that the picture shows actor Geoffrey Smart, as both names are pinned in the costume, but only one actor appeared with it in the episode.
It is also unclear which Jeff Jensen this actor is and if he appeared in other productions but he is not the stuntman Jeffrey S. Jensen.
