Jerry Fleck was a Starfleet officer in the 24th century.

In 2371, he was a crewmember aboard the USS Voyager. He was among the crew stranded in the Delta Quadrant, when Voyager was forcefully brought there by the Caretaker.

In 2374, as an ensign, he was listed on the crew manifest. (VOY: "The Killing Game", okudagram)

He was named after first assistant director Jerry Fleck.
According to the text commentary for "These Are the Voyages..." by Michael and Denise Okuda, there was a Lieutenant Commander Jerry Fleck aboard the USS Enterprise-D circa 2370, and he was assigned living quarters across the hall from Counselor Deanna Troi. The character's name was placed on the door across the hall from Troi's quarters, on the rebuilt Enterprise sets. However the label was never visible on screen in the episode.
Retroactive continuity: In 2328, Fleck boarded the SS Manila at Theta Gluckstern III bound to Deep Space 7. This information is listed in a passenger manifest archived in the commercial transport database and reviewed by Lieutenant Commander Data in 2370. (TNG: "Inheritance")
