Jesse James Rutherford (born 21 August 1991; age 32) is the former actor turned singer who played Q'ell in the Star Trek: Enterprise second season episode "Marauders". He filmed his scenes in end-August 2002 on location in Ventura County, California.
Rutherford was born in Newbury Park, California. He performed in several talent shows, where he impersonated Elvis Presley and N'Sync, and worked on several commercials such as a Hallmark commercial where he played the brother of Ethan Dampf. He also played Daniel in the daytime soap The Young and the Restless.
Beside his Star Trek appearance, he was featured in the comedy Life or Something Like It (2002, with Gregory Itzin), the horror thriller Ted Bundy (2002, starring Michael Reilly Burke and with Julianna McCarthy, Bobby C.
