Jimmy F. Skaggs (1944 – 6 July 2004) was the actor who played Glinn Boheeka in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Wire". A also voiced characters in the video game "Star Trek: Away Team".
Skaggs co-starred along with TOS actor George Takei in the Oblivion films (1994 and 1996). Those movies also featured Trek guest stars Julie Newmar, Carel Struycken, and Meg Foster.
His other film credits include Cutthroat Island (1995), Hollow Man (2000), and Catch Me If You Can (2002). He also made several appearances on the TV series ER. His last TV role was in the USA Network series Monk episode "Mr. Monk Meets the Godfather".
Jimmie F. Skaggs died of lung cancer in 2004.
