Jimmy Cuzzo was a character in the Dixon Hill series. In the context of the series Cuzzo was a murderer sent to jail on the testimony of the lead character, Dixon Hill, in the case known as "The Parrot's Claw".
Captain Jean-Luc Picard enjoyed the holographic version of the series on the holodeck of the USS Enterprise-D and at one point was threatened with murder by a paroled Cuzzo. (TNG: "Manhunt")
