Joel West (born 6 April 1975; age 48) is the actor and model who portrayed Raakin in the Star Trek: Enterprise fourth season episode "Borderland".

West was born in Indianola, Iowa and worked as a model for labels such as Calvin Klein, Versace, and Hugo Boss before he turned into an actor. He is married to actress Anna Bocci and they have one child. He played in several television commercials and stage plays and created his own art collection of paintings which can be visited in exhibitions.

West appeared in films such as The Smokers (2000), Krocodylus (2000, with Duncan Regehr), Con Express (2002, with Michael Kagan and J. Patrick McCormack), Global Effect (2002, with Mädchen Amick), All Features Great and Small (2005), and Starting Out in the Evening (2007, with Frank Langella).

He also guest starred in Felicity (2002, with Robert Clendenin and created by J.J. Abrams), Charmed (2002), American Dreams (2004, with Ethan Dampf and Alicia Coppola), The Division (2004, with Alicia Coppola), and played the recurring role of Officer Aaron Jessup in nine episodes of CSI: Miami (2003-2006) and the role of Agent Daniel Simmons in two episodes of Heroes (2009, with Zachary Quinto and Cristine Rose).
