Josh was a child from Omicron Theta. He had painted a picture of the Crystalline Entity.
Like another child who shared his first name, Josh didn't paint the feeding. His painting depicted the panic of the people upon the approach of the entity. It hung on a wall in Doctor Noonien Soong's laboratory. (TNG: "Datalore")
