Joy Kilpatrick is an actress who worked as the on-screen photo double for Roxann Biggs-Dawson in the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Faces". She received no credit for her work but is listed as cast member No. 18/19 on the call sheets as she worked as the Klingon and the Human version double.

Kilpatrick co-starred with Patrick Stewart in the thriller Safe House (1998), playing Stewart's daughter. The film also features stunt performers James Lew, Joni Avery, Rick Avery, Dan Koko, Johnny Martin, Joe Murphy, John Nowak, and Michael J. Sarna and stunt coordination by Warren A. Stevens as well as Stewart's stand-in Dennis Tracy.

Kilpatrick also appeared in episodes of B.L. Stryker (1990, with Andy Gill), Evening Shade (1992), and Curb Your Enthusiasm (2001, with Christopher Darga, Paul Dooley Jimmie F. Skaggs, Kenneth Beck, and Ralph Moratz) and in the comedy Desperate But Not Serious (2000, with Patti Tippo, John Fleck, Herta Ware, and Michael William Rivkin).
