The Judicial Charter of Koloth is a document that is the basis of Klingon law.
The Charter states that:
- "An Advocate is entitled to challenge the charges at any point during the tribunal."
Kolos quoted the Charter during the trial of Jonathan Archer in 2152. (ENT: "Judgment")
- It is unclear if Koloth is related to the originator of this document.
