USS Aleo — Kandari sector on a mission order

The Kandari sector was a region of space. Regions within this sector were in an area of the galaxy with a high population density.

In 2266, the USS Enterprise was on a deep exploration mission in this sector. (TOS: "The Doomsday Machine")

In 2267, the Doomsday machine invaded this sector. Before the robotic ship was destroyed by the combined efforts of the Enterprise and Constellation, it had destroyed the L-370 and L-374 star systems. (TOS: "The Doomsday Machine")

In 2364, when first the USS Aleo, then the USS White Sands, were monitoring traffic communication loads in this sector, a Starfleet Command flag officer would order the ships to re-direct their efforts towards recertification of the Andor/Rigel link of subspace relay stations.
