Kathie Browne (19 September 19308 April 2003; age 72) was an actress who played Deela in the Star Trek: The Original Series third season episode "Wink of an Eye". She filmed her scenes between Wednesday 18 September 1968 and Wednesday 25 September 1968 at Desilu Stage 9 and Stage 10.

She appeared in many films (such as having a minor role in the 1965 movie Brainstorm, which starred Jeffrey Hunter) and TV shows, including Sea Hunt, 77 Sunset Strip, Gunsmoke, Perry Mason (one of her four appearances on Perry Mason was with Sherry Jackson), My Favorite Martian (starring Ray Walston), Wagon Train (with Whit Bissell), The Wild Wild West (with Lee Bergere), Fantasy Island (with Ricardo Montalban), The Love Boat, Hondo (in a recurring role) and Kolchak: The Night Stalker (with her husband Darren McGavin, to whom she had been married since 1969). Browne and William Windom appeared together in one episode of McGavin's previous series, The Outsider.
