The Kelaran wildebeest is a large herding animal native to the Delta Quadrant.
In 2375, Neelix prepared a leg of Kelaran wildebeest for Ensign Ryson's birthday, but the leg was stolen from the messhall. It turned out that Seven of Nine, unbeknownst to her, was the "Midnight Snacker". (VOY: "Infinite Regress")
