Captain Keogh.

Keogh was a Starfleet Captain in command of the Federation Template:ShipClass starship USS Odyssey. He was an acquaintance of Jadzia Dax, but the two were not fond of each other.

In 2370, Keogh was assigned to rescue Commander Benjamin Sisko, Quark, Nog and Jake Sisko after they had been captured by the Jem'Hadar, and to assess the threat posed by the recent Dominion offensive in the Gamma Quadrant. He was backed up by three Runabouts commanded by Major Kira, Jadzia Dax and O'Brien. Keogh and the rest of his crew were killed when the Odyssey was destroyed in a suicide run by a Jem'Hadar attack ship. (DS9: "The Jem'Hadar")

Keogh was played by veteran voice actor Alan Oppenheimer. According to Pocket Books' non-canon The Brave and the Bold series, his full name was Declan Keogh.
