Keythe Farley (born 1963) is an actor and voice artist who played a Vidiian in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Deadlock".

Farley was born as Keith Farley and is engaged to costume designer Ann Closs. Beside his on-screen appearances he voiced, directed and wrote several animated stories for television series such as Rugrats and is also a stage actor and director who received the 2001 Outer Critics Circle and Lucille Lortel award.

Among his acting resume are films such as And the Band Played On (1993, with David Clennon, Ronald Guttman, Ken Jenkins, Dakin Matthews, Jeffrey Nordling, Lawrence Monoson, Saul Rubinek, Christopher Carroll, Reg E. Cathey, Richard Fancy, Thomas Kopache, Clyde Kusatsu, Rob LaBelle, Sierra Pecheur, Angela Paton, and Miguel Perez), Private Obsession (1995), Hang Your Dog in the Wind (1997), California Myth (1999, with Bibi Besch), Nothing So Strange (2002), and Danielle (set for 2008), and guest appearances in television series such as Sisters (1991, with Elizabeth Hoffman), Full House (1991), Beverly Hills, 90210 (1994, with Dina Meyer, Kerrie Keane, Noley Thornton, and Cress Williams), The Naked Truth (1997, with David Lee Smith), and Dead Last (2001, with Wayne Pere, Vyto Ruginis, and Jeremy Roberts).
