Klim Dokachin
Klim Dokachin was the Zakdorn quartermaster for the Starfleet Surplus Depot Z15 in orbit of Qualor II in 2367. Dokachin was both efficient and arrogant.
When William T. Riker requested permission to examine the surplus depot to see if any ships were missing, Dokachin became indignant. He corrected Riker on the the pronunciation of his name, and was reluctant to surrender what little authority he had, but agreed to cooperate when Deanna Troi charmed him. When it was discovered that ships were missing, Dokachin was shocked; in the entire history of the Zakdorn administration of the yard, nothing had ever been lost. (TNG: "Unification I")
