Ktaria VII is a planet under Ktarian jurisdiction.
Chakotay once went on a tomb excavation on Ktaria VII. He wanted to keep a memento of his first experience there by picking up a rock from the burial site. He later found out that it wasn't just a rock but a sacred stone. He later learned that Ktarians lay thousands of them in the tombs of loved ones, each one representing a special prayer. His actions were, in turn, a desecration of the burial site. (VOY: "Emanations")
The Ktarian glaciers were well known first-class skiing areas. There is a simulation of them on the holodeck of the USS Voyager. (VOY: Macrocosm")
