Kyana Prime was the inhabited prime planet in the Kyana system, located in the Delta Quadrant. This world was home to a Krenim colony during the 22nd century.

This planet was key in Annorax's attempts to alter history via his Krenim weapon ship. At some point prior to 2174, this planet was one of the furthermost colonies in Krenim space, and home to Annorax and his wife. However, when trying to fix a problem caused by his first temporal incursion, the resultant changes in the timeline meant that Kyana Prime was no longer colonized, and his wife disappeared. Despite numerous alternate timelines created by Annorax, he was unable to restore Kyana Prime. It wasn't until the weapon ship itself was erased from history that the colony was restored. (VOY: "Year of Hell", "Year of Hell, Part II")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (pg. 86), the Kyana system was located in or near space claimed by the Krenim Imperium. This system was a binary star system. Primary was a Class K star with a magnitude of +5, which was as bright as Sol. Secondary was a Class K star.
