The deceased Captain Telaka (2335-2365)
L. Isao Telaka was a Starfleet officer, captain of the starship USS Lantree. He, and the rest of his crew, were killed following their visit to the Darwin Genetic Research Station on Gagarin IV in 2365. Telaka, who was only 30 years old at the time, died of premature aging caused by exposure to the antibodies of the genetically engineered children at Darwin Station. (TNG: "Unnatural Selection")
