Laurence Harvey, born Laruschka Mischa Skikne, was a popular Human actor of 20th century Earth.

In 1960, he appeared in the movie The Alamo, which depicted the Battle of the Alamo, and where he played the role of William B. Travis.

When approached by Julian Bashir and Miles O'Brien about "The Alamo", Vic Fontaine recalled Laurence Harvey having a role in the film. (DS9: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang")
