Laurence Olivier (1907-1989) is a 20th century Earth actor and director known for his Shakespeare adaptations.
When studying Shakespeare and perfoming the title role in Henry V, Data planned to study the performances of Olivier, Branagh, Shapiro and Kullnark. (TNG: "The Defector")
