Lav'oti V was the fifth planet in the Lav'oti planetary system, in the Delta Quadrant.

The USS Voyager once visited Lav'oti V, during which Tom Paris fell into the "fetid mud pits" of Palomar. The Doctor took a holoimage of this incident, which he presented in an exhibition in 2375. (VOY: "Nothing Human")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (pg. 89), the Lav'oti system was located in or near space claimed by the Devore Imperium. This system was a binary star system. Primary was a class G star with a magnitude of +3, which was ten times brighter than Sol. Secondary was a Class M star.
