Other motion pictures he has appeared in include Firestarter (1984, with Louise Fletcher), The Color Purple (1985, with Whoopi Goldberg), Maximum Overdrive (1986, with John Short), The Bedroom Window (1987, with Wallace Shawn, Brad Greenquist and Mark Margolis), Traxx (1988, with Herschel Sparber and Robert Miano), Moon 44 (1990, with Malcolm McDowell and Brian Thompson), Young Guns II (1990, with Christian Slater and Tracey Walter), Kuffs (1992, with Christian Slater), Universal Soldier (1992, with Lilyan Chauvin and Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr.), Stargate (1994, with Erik Holland, Erick Avari, and Frank Welker), Eight Legged Freaks (2002), and 2004's The Alamo.
