Template:Realworld Leslie McCasky (born 21 December 1966; age 57) is an actress who had a supporting role in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager. She received no credit for this appearance. Her costume was also worn by Ellen Geer in the TNG episode "Silicon Avatar" and by Barbara Tarbuck in the ENT episode "Shadows of P'Jem" before it was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. Born in Evanston, Illinois, she studied Theater Arts at the Northwestern University and earned a BA in Filmmaking from the British Film Institute. She trained acting under Stephen Snyder, Phil Esposito, and Leo Rossi, and performed in stage plays in London, Chicago, and Los Angeles such as A Christmas Carol, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Summer Brave.

McCasky had guest parts in the television series Any Day Now, The Drew Carey Show, and What Should You Do? and featured roles in the horror film Night Angel (1990, with Sam Hennings), the science fiction comedy Wild Wild West (1999, with Musetta Vander, James Lashly, and Ian Abercrombie), and the comedy Evolution (2001, with Gregory Itzin, Michael McGrady, Jennifer Savidge, Miriam Flynn, Morgan Nagler, Steve Kehela, John Cho, and Earl Maddox). In 2005 she appeared as a groupie in the NBC special Elton John: The Red Piano.
