Levinius V was the inhabited fifth planet of its star system.

In the 22nd century, this planet was invaded by neural parasites, which been transported to this planet from the ancient civilizations in the Beta Portolan system. By 2067, the civilization on Levinius V was destroyed in the mass insanity caused by the parasites. The inhabitants transported this parasite over to Theta Cygni XII. (TOS: "Operation -- Annihilate!")

A deleted scene from the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Fight or Flight" mentioned a planet called "Livinius".
