The Central Gallery on Ligobis X once hosted an impressive display of paintings created by Professor Gideon Seyetik, painted upon huge canvasses. Dr. Bashir once visited the gallery to see these paintings. (DS9: "Second Sight")

According to the script, the pronunciation for Ligobis was "li-GO-bis". [1]

According to StarTrek.com, Ligobis X was either a Class M planet or a planet adapted for humanoid life, which orbited a star named Ligobis. The star and its planets were located in the Ligobis system. [2] [3]
