Livara

Livara was a Romulan spy who posed as a captain of a Talavian freighter. He started to work in the Cardassian occupied Bajoran sector in 2366. The Obsidian Order became suspicious and placed him under surveillance. All of his co-conspirators were brought in for "questioning". (DS9: "Things Past")
