A lobster is an aquatic animal from Earths oceans with large claws and an exoskeleton. They are considered a delicacy by Humans.
In 2375, Seven of Nine and William Chapman tried to have a lobster dinner on their date. But Seven was unfamiliar with the species, and how to eat it. When The Doctor showed her that she was supposed to crack the shell, she did so and sprayed little pieces of lobster meat on Lieutenant Chapman.
