The Lokkirim are a species that control a region of space near the Delta-Beta Quadrant border. In Lokirrim society, Holograms are forbidden.
In 2377, the Lokkirim captured the USS Voyager's holographic Doctor from the Delta Flyer and accused Seven and Kim of possessing a "photonic insurgent", subsequently forcing Voyager to deactivate its holodecks while it passed through their space.
They had at least two types of vessels, the Lokirrim patrol ship and the Lokirrim warship. (VOY: "Body and Soul")
