Loomis was a 21st Century human that was recruited by the Xindi-Reptilians to assist in their attempt to create a Xindi bioweapon.
Loomis was instructed to acquire eight samples of human blood by bringing people to a remote warehouse in the city of Detroit. Loomis was soon discovered and captured by Jonathan Archer and T'Pol. T'Pol would remain with Loomis while Archer further investigated the Xindi operation. She would eventually be forced to stun Loomis, only for him to awaken to find himself in the custody of the Detroit Police. (ENT: "Carpenter Street")
