Lucille Ball was an actress best known for her namesake starring role on "I Love Lucy." She was the co-founder of Desilu, a company that originally produced Star Trek: The Original Series. She was also the first female to head a major Hollywood company. Her comic work has also been imitated in several Trek episodes.
