Louisa Kim
Louisa Kim was a terraformer assigned to the Federation's Terraform Command and self-described "Gardener of Edens."
During the early 2360s, Kim was one of 4 terraformers assigned to the Velara Base on Velara III during the Federation's attempt to transform the planet into a class M environment.
During a visit by the USS Enterprise-D in 2364, Kim took it upon herself to give the away team a tour of their facility, and through the phases of their mission.
Kim was later upset to learn that their attempt to create a new world was in fact destroying the habitat of an indigenous lifeform dubbed "microbrain". (TNG: "Home Soil")
