M. Fincke was an Earth Starfleet lieutenant who served as an engineer on board Enterprise in 2161.

During the rescue mission for Commander Shran's daughter Talla, he served in main engineering where he was asked by Commander Tucker if all deuterium filters were free. He responded that three were done and Tucker ordered him to finish the others quickly. (ENT: "These Are the Voyages...")

M. Fincke was played by real life astronaut E. Michael Fincke and was credited as Engineer in the end credits.
