Manark IV was the inhabited fourth planet of the Manark system and was the homeworld of the sand bats. Manark IV City was a major settlement on this planet. (TOS: "The Empath", TNG-R: "Inheritance")
In 2293, the location of Manark IV in the Milky Way Galaxy was labeled in a star chart that was in Captain James T. Kirk's quarters aboard the USS Enterprise-A. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, okudagram)
