Mark Holton was born in 1958 in Oklahoma. He played the Bolian orderly in the Deep Space Nine episode "Nor the Battle to the Strong".
One of his earliest television appearances was in an episode of the short-lived Superboy, starring fellow DS9 guest performers Salome Jens and Sherman Howard. He went on to appear on such series as MacGyver (in an episode with Time Winters), Seinfeld (starring Jason Alexander and also guest-starring Frank Novak), and NYPD Blue (with Gordon Clapp).
He also has a number of films to his credit, with his first being the major supporting role of Francis Buxton in Pee-wee's Big Adventure (1985), along with fellow DS9 guest star Diane Salinger. He went on to play the role of Chubby in the two Teen Wolf films, the first in 1985 (with Gregory Itzin) and the second, Teen Wolf Too, in 1987.
