Max Grodénchik (also credited as Michael Grodénchik) is an actor best known for his portrayal of Rom on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
Before getting the role of Rom, he auditioned for the role of Rom's brother, Quark. He was at one time romantically involved with production staff associate Lolita Fatjo.
He wrote and performed Rom's Song.
Grodénchik acted with Clint Howard in The Rocketeer in 1991, and appeared in Sister Act with Whoopi Goldberg in 1992. He also appeared in Doorways with Kurtwood Smith in 1993, and with Brett Cullen and Clint Howard in Apollo 13 in 1995. In 2000, he appeared with Whoopi Goldberg again in The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle.
